We want you to be happy! If you’d like to the return any undamaged, new item, please email us directly at hello@lusitanostudio.com within 30 days and we’ll send you a return label. As an online-only business, we proudly offer FREE returns.

U.S. SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with us! All orders shipped within 24 hrs, Monday-Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number as soon as possible. Our options are:

FREE GROUND
We offer FREE ground shipping on orders going within the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-5 business days to arrive, all pieces ship from Brooklyn, NYC.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you need it to arrive sooner, we offer two expedited shipping options:
- Two-Day, which arrives in 2 business days via FedEx
- Three-Day, which arrives in 3 business day via UPS
Price is calculated automatically by UPS and varies based on the weight of your order. The shipping cost will automatically appear in your cart at checkout. 

SUPER EXPEDITED SHIPPING
For any other shipping options or overnight, please contact us via the contact page and we'll work with you on the best option. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We're global! You'll be presented with USPS shipping options at check-out, or contact us via the contact page for additional info. Most orders will be shipped through USPS Priority and take around 10 business days to arrive anywhere in the world.  If the package has not arrived after the 10 day window, check with your local post in case it requires additional info for delivery. Duties and taxes may charged by your local customs office and aren't included in order price. We don't offer free returns for international orders at this time, but let us know if you run into any issues.
